Episode 35: The Pivotal Leader with Joseph Roth, CEO, NJ Sharing Network

“We had to improve the performance of the organization because lives were in the balance.”

– Joe Roth, CEO, NJ Sharing Network

In this episode of The Pivotal Leader, Gina Trimarco spoke to Joseph (Joe) Roth, president and CEO of NJ Sharing Network, the nonprofit organization that saves lives through organ and tissue donation in New Jersey and one of the few non-profits that is “excruciatingly regulated” by federal law.

He has fostered a culture of selflessness, where each of the 180+ employees feel a sense of responsibility for the success of the organization, and more importantly, for the lives that depend on it.

In this podcast interview, Joe talks about how he and his leadership team have built a collaborative and team-focused environment in an organization with highly stressful and emotional jobs.
