Gina Trimarco, Founder & Chief Results Officer

Gina grew up in the hospitality and attraction industry from her first job in a Chicago bakery at age 13 (sssshhhhh … labor laws may have been violated). To pay her way through college she worked in many restaurants as a server, hostess or bartender and then graduated to working in hotel restaurants, banquets and room service. After graduating from DePaul University, her career path took her through attraction marketing and operations, in addition to starting her own live improv comedy theater (Carolina Improv Company in Myrtle Beach that continues to prosper as #1 for Nightlife Attractions since 2009.

Attracting fans and creating a FANtastic Customer Experience is in her blood and her way of being. She’s even been criticized for being too tough on secret shopper reports for clients. Service is paramount in her opinion. And with Gina you can expect more than experience –she also brings common sense, real-world thinking and a sassy attitude to make people and organizations successful.

Recently, she realized that she’s become a “Jackie Of All Trades,” but to be clear, this does not mean she’s a “mistress of none.” And perhaps both of those words have negative connotations to some (or many). Here’s the thing – to know Gina is to know she approaches most everything with humor and human observation. She says that if her style turns you off, you probably won’t work well together. She unapologetically owns who she is – a rainmaker, producer, change agent, entrepreneur, customer experience creator, appropriately-timed rabble-rouser, matriarch when necessary, coach, risk-taker, confidant, masterful strategist, innovator, problem solver, creator, closer, connector, collaborator, rapport builder, party planner and so much more.

Some perceive her as a “force to be reckoned with”. Is that a bad thing? Not to those who have grown their businesses because of her. She calls this “bold confidence” in her ability to deliver and make things happen. She knows when to take a stand (even when it doesn’t turn out in her favor). Change Agent and Turn Around Specialist – she has successfully increased sales, decreased expenses and improve profitability and brand loyalty through marketing and operational strategies and execution, specifically with new acquisitions.

Marketing Expert – she has held director positions, responsible for marketing plans and budgets. Experienced with all levels of public relations (including agency management), media planning and buying, social media (paid and organic), video/film production, copy writing, blogging, website design (oversight and strategy), email campaigns, lead/sales pages, podcast hosting/production; sought-out keynote and break out speaker

Operations – she is experienced at strategic planning/development (including core values, mission, vision, SWOT) and execution, budgeting, human resources, vendor acquisition and negotiating, leasehold improvement projects, lease negotiations, landlord management and union arbitration.

Human Resources – she has orchestrated full-cycle recruiting, behavioral and skill interviewing, new employee onboarding, retention and culture design and compliance (ADA, FLSA, EEO, WC).

Training & Development – Gina says “if you don’t develop people, they will leave you, especially Millennials.” She’s highly proficient at designing, developing and facilitating training and coaching/counseling for all employee levels in the areas of customer service, sales and leadership from one hour to three-day programs.

Daughter of a Mobster – we just wanted to see if you were still reading this! It is a true story. It’s more interesting if she tells you in person. Don’t worry, her dad is no longer with us, but he did teach her how to sell, have a work ethic and be loyal.

In addition, Gina is and official member of the Forbes Coaches Council and also a sought out international speaker who has been engaging audiences on topics such as leadership, marketing, sales and customer service.
